The real estate market is constantly evolving, and every transaction represents significant investments. With personal experience managing residential, commercial and industrial properties, I understand both the owner's and investor's perspectives. This enables me to better anticipate and meet each client's unique needs and expectation. It also allow me to understand various market expectations.
Prior to Real Estate, I manages a family business - in a distribution of FMCG product for more than 17years. My experiences in the business includes roles in sales, operational, accounting and in HR and management as well as managing investment properties.
Apart from being a real estate agent, I am also a Estate and Succession Practitioner and a Trust Introducer. In this role, I help individuals and families create comprehensive plan for managing and distributing their assets - including monies, properties and business succession in the event of death or incapacitation. I provide guidance in drafting wills , trusts and other estate planning tools, ensuring my Client's wishes are clearly expressed and effectively carried out. . With strong understanding of both business operations and family dynamics, and backed by first-hand, hands-on experience, I am able to take a holistic approach to estate planning.
